Aloha Reggie, I think what your doing is GREAT by running the YBOA league and your message to the kids and parents is "AWESOME" . All the work that you and your staff do is we'll appreciate much Mahalo ! Just a rule suggestion instead of free throws when foul count it as 2 points to keep the game moving. Maybe have coaching clinic on fundamental and basic rules of the game that most kids and coaches and for sure parents need to know. Keep up all the good work much Mahalo !
